- your delivery location, selected product and approximate quantity; and

Name, company, email, telephone, delivery location, product and requirements are required so that we can understand and respond to your request. Approximate quantity is optional. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to process the enquiry.
Our hosting infrastructure may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information and request logs.
3. Why we use your information
We use information you provide to respond to your request, discuss product suitability and availability, prepare or follow up a quotation, maintain a record of business correspondence, protect the website from misuse and comply with legal obligations.

5. How long we keep information
We retain website enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you. We may keep relevant records longer where an enquiry leads to an order or continuing business relationship, or where retention is required for accounting, contractual, dispute-resolution or other legal purposes. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, provide access to it, correct inaccurate information, stop certain processing or direct marketing, or erase information that we no longer have a lawful reason to retain.
